How We Clean Your Air Ducts

Visual Pre-Inspection & Floor Protection
Our certified technicians conduct a complete visual inspection of your HVAC unit, duct registers, and returns. We then lay down protective drop cloths and wear shoe covers to keep your floors spotless. All registers are temporarily sealed to lock in dust and optimize vacuum suction.

Negative Pressure HEPA System Setup
We connect our heavy-duty commercial HEPA vacuum system directly to the main trunk line of your HVAC system. Once turned on, it creates powerful negative air pressure (suction) throughout the entire network of ducts, drawing all dust and loose particles down into the vacuum collector.

Rotary Brush Mechanical Scrubbing
We run specialized rotary scrubbing brushes, driven by pneumatic compression or electrical systems, deep into each individual supply vent and return air line. This scrubbing action agitates and dislodges decades of accumulated dust, dirt, cobwebs, pet dander, and allergens stuck to the duct walls.

Main Air Trunk & Plenum Extraction
With the vents clean, we focus on the central air plenum and large trunk lines in the attic, crawlspace, or utility closet. Our high-pressure air whips and sweep lines push all heavier settled dirt and plaster dust directly toward the main vacuum source for complete extraction.

System Sanitization & Disinfection
If you opt for deep cleaning or sanitizing, we fog the clean air ducts with an EPA-registered antimicrobial sanitizer. This mist coats the internal surfaces of your ducts, killing remaining mold spores, bacteria, viruses, and eliminating stubborn organic odors.

Blower Re-install & Final Verification
We clean the furnace blower assembly, return plenums, and install a fresh filter. The system is restarted and tested for proper air flow. We then review the before-and-after photos and video clips with you to prove that your ducts are completely clean.
